Users need to be signed in to their Microsoft accounts to view any document in the macro.
After you click it, paste in your OneDrive or SharePoint document’s URL (the file’s URL or the file’s public URL) and click Insert.
Type “/” into the editor to activate the macro shortcut, then start typing “Microsoft OneDrive for Business” or just “OneDrive” until you see it in the list that appears. When you see it in the search results, click it and paste in your copied Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file URL (the file’s URL or the file’s public URL). Once set up is complete both your Personal and Work Accounts will be visible in the left panel in File Explorer. Note that OneDrive doesn’t, currently at least, support two different personal accounts, or two different work accounts. When you click this button you will be prompted to sign in with your Azure AD account. Next to this is an Add an account button.
